Component Inspection & Defect Detection

The defects that decide field reliability are the small ones, a loose fastener, a fine weld crack, a part a fraction out of tolerance. They have to be caught across high volumes, changing viewpoints, reflective finishes, and partial occlusion, on lines that do not slow down for a second look. TorqueFocus reasons about the physical condition of each part, measuring dimensions and clearances against tolerance and flagging missing components and surface defects.

Measurement & Dimensional Verification

Dimensional checks have long meant pulling parts off the line into a gauge or CMM cell, one sampled batch at a time. Everything in between passes unmeasured, and drift surfaces only after the parts move on.
